What’s Not Accepted:

• Change of mind (e.g., you just don’t want it anymore)

• Used items or items not in original condition

• Delayed deliveries caused by the courier

2. Share your order number and photos/videos of the issue

3. We’ll review and let you know if your return or refund is approved

4. If approved, we’ll either send a replacement or process your refund within 5-7 working days

Important Notes:

• We do not accept returns without prior approval

• Return shipping is free for approved cases

• Products must be returned in original packaging if required
